To make this recipe the following ingredients are needed:
1 pound skinless chicken, cut into cubes
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tbs flour
2 tbs green curry paste
2 chopped green onions
3 gloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 cups of coconut milk
1 tbs fish sauce
Mix the chicken, soy sauce and then roll the chicken in the flour. Heat the over in a pan. Add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned which will take around 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat in the pan. Add the curry paste to the pan. Cook for 1 minute. Add the green onions, garlic, and the ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken.
